Message from the director

Welcome to the Camp Quality Northern Ontario web page. Our Camp is located in a beautiful, serene setting at the west arm of Lake Nipissing in Monetville. Most of the year, the sounds of nature engulf our camp and produce a blissful tranquility typical of the northern wilderness. Then, there is that one week in July...

The woods immediately become filled with the sounds of laughter and excitement. The field buzzes with activity and the water splashes to life. It is Camp Quality week and everyone is having fun. Our activities cover a wide range. We have airplane rides, fishing, swimming, crafts, motorcycle rides, skits, movie night, entertainers and so much more. None of this would be possible without the dedication and enthusiasm of our volunteers, the generosity of our donors and the trust of the parents of our campers. On behalf of the Camp Organizing Committee, I wish to express our sincere gratitude to each and every one of you.

Last summer, our theme was Outer Space. Before Camp, we sent invitations to select extraterrestrials to join us for dinner. But, the word got out and we were inundated with a myriad of intergalactic visitors. Please visit the gallery section of our site to see who showed up and check out our newletter for what's been happening since Camp.

Next year our theme is Cartoon Characters. Who knows what wild and wonderful characters will join us. That's all folks!
